Pricing and Taxes
Prices do not include Applicable Factory Surcharge (Inbound) or Applicable Factory Freight (To Buyer) .
Buyer is responsible for payment of sales or use taxes at point of delivery.
Vendor does not have nexus outside of state of Alabama.
Terms of payments:
If your company has been approved for invoice billing, net in full 30 days from date of invoice.
Invoices unpaid 31 days after invoice date are subjected to service charge of 1 ½% per month (18% per annum).
If collection efforts are implemented, debtor agrees to pay costs including customary attorney, court and service fees.
Merchandise returns accepted only with our permission and may be subjected to a handling fee.
Warranties for RW McNair manufactured products are limited to repair and replacement only.
Products sourced from other manufacturers and suppliers are per the terms & conditions offered by them.
Buyer assumes all risk & liability for application, fitness & use; buyer will indemnify & hold vendor harmless.
